How to return or exchange your product
If you need to return, repair or exchange a product, follow these simple steps:
Contact support via your Blak Deal account
Log in to your Blak Deal account, locate the item you wish to return or exchange and select “Get Help”. Indicate the reason for your request.
Tip: add detailed information and photos to speed up the process.
Get your return label
You'll receive a return label to send back your item free of charge. Please ensure that the parcel is dispatched within 14 days of receiving the label.
Data backup and account logout
Before shipping the product, back up your personal data, reset the device to factory settings and log out of any accounts (e.g. iCloud for Apple, Google for Android). See our guides for step-by-step instructions.
Prepare the package
Print and affix the return label to the parcel. Use secure packaging, such as a sturdy box with sufficient cushioning material to prevent damage. Avoid padded envelopes. If you no longer have the original packaging, use professional alternatives such as cardboard boxes.
Note: if you are returning the unit for repair or exchange, include only the unit, not the accessories.
Send the parcel
Return the package to the courier service indicated on the label. Returns are free if you use the label provided.
Important: avoid international returns via An Post for electronic products. Instead, use services such as DHL Express, DPD or UPS. Keep the tracking number and proof of deposit as proof.
Inspection and resolution
Once the product has been received, the seller's technician will inspect it. After confirming that it is the original device and assessing its condition, one of the following steps is taken:
Repair or exchange:
If possible, the device will be repaired (within 2 to 7 working days) or exchanged.
Refund: If repair or exchange is not possible, you will be refunded. During the 30-day trial period, you will receive a full refund. Thereafter, the refund will correspond to the current value of the product.
Refunds are usually issued within 2-5 working days of evaluation.
