Our warranty covers the following:

  • Battery Issues: Performance significantly below expectations due to manufacturing defects.

3. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental Damage: Cracks, scratches, or damage caused by dropping, water, or misuse.
  • Third-Party Repairs: Issues caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, such as minor scratches or signs of use.
  • Software Issues: Operating system errors or problems caused by software not installed by Blak Deal.
  • Accessories: Unless otherwise stated, accessories like chargers, cables, or earphones are not covered.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you encounter an issue covered by the warranty:

  1. Contact Blak Deal Support: Log into your account and select the product you’re having issues with. Choose "Get Help" and describe the problem.
  2. Provide Documentation: Include your proof of purchase and any relevant details or photos.
  3. Return the Product: If approved, you’ll receive a free return label to send the product for inspection.

5. Resolution Process

  • Repair or Replacement: We will attempt to repair the device or replace it with an equivalent model if repairs are not feasible.
  • Refund: If a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued based on the product's current value, unless it is within the 30-day trial period, in which case a full refund is provided.

6. Important Notes

  • Always back up your data and reset the device to factory settings before returning it for warranty service.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Shipping risks are covered when using our provided return label.
